Phase I
Start up clients have not yet started to do any business, and if so, have done very little within the last one to three months. A start up company will need all of the essentials for creating their business and gaining not only financial knowledge, but business knowledge for starting a business for the first time.
Length of Time in Business: 0-3 Months
Estimated Length of Contract: 1-3 Months

W-9 - IRS
Assumed Name Certificate - Country Clerk or State Comptroller
Limited Liability Certificate - State Comptroller
Quickbooks Set Up - Chart of Accounts, Bank Accounts, Budget
Business Bank Accounts Set Up - Local Bank
Financial Consultation - Vertuous Plan
Notary Public.
Phase II
Length of Time in Business: 1-12 Months
Estimated Length of Contract: 6-12 Months
Minimum Monthly Bullable Hours: 10 Hours

All services Included in Phase I Package
Create Policies and Procedures - Vertuous Plan
Create Budget - Quickbooks or other accounting system
General Bookkeeping - Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation - Quickbooks or other system
Monthly Financial Reporting Analysis - Income statement and balance sheeet reporting
Phase III
Length of Time in Business: 1-5 Years
Estimated Length of Contract: 3-12 Months (Extended as needed)
